An Essential Guide for Protecting Your Rights
Jim Varellas has practiced law in Kentucky throughout his career and has extensive experience as a litigator. He appears frequently in District and Circuit courts in all counties in the Bluegrass area as well as many other counties in Kentucky.
Jim is a life member of the Million-Dollar Advocates Forum, one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States. Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements and fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.
In addition to his extensive experience practicing law, Jim is an experienced educator in the profession. He taught Business Law at the University of Kentucky for 12 years and also taught Business Law for employees at IBM.
